What is Ember Artline?
Amazon has just announced a new lifestyle TV at CES 2026. It's called Ember Artline and will directly compete with Samsung's The Frame TV. According to Amazon it will boast the following specifications:
- 4K QLED display
- Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support
- Wi-Fi 6 connectivity
- Ultra-thin 1.5-inch design
- Matte screen for reduced glare
- Far-field microphones for Alexa+
- Omnisense technology that automatically turns the display on and off when people enter or leave the room
Smart Features
The Ember Artline comes with Amazon's new Alexa+ assistant built in, along with seamless integration with Amazon Photos. It includes access to over 2,000 pieces of free art and the all-new Fire TV UI.
One standout feature is the AI-powered art recommendation system. You can take up to four photos of the room where you plan to hang the TV, and the system will provide personalized recommendations for art that matches your style and decor.
Magnetic Frame Options
Unlike Samsung's Frame TV which requires separate frame purchases, the Ember Artline includes one adjustable magnetic frame with purchase. Swapping colors is quick and easy. At launch, Amazon will offer 10 frame colors: Walnut, Ash, Teak, Black Oak, Matte White, Midnight Blue, Fig, Pale Gold, Graphite, and Silver.
Pricing & Availability
Ember Artline will be available in 55" and 65" screen sizes starting at $899 MSRP this spring in the US, Canada, Germany, and the UK. This undercuts Samsung's Frame TV significantly, which starts at $1,500 for the 55-inch model.
