Delete your Frame Crop account
You can delete your Frame Crop account and the data that goes with it at any time.
In the app
- Open Frame Crop and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture (top right), then Delete Account.
- Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email shane@framecrop.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, name and sign-in details
- Your collections, including any you published to Community
- Your saved TVs and automations
- Your Create with AI paintings and their history
- Your subscription records
What we keep
- Anonymous download and search statistics that aren’t linked to you
- Crash reports, for up to 90 days
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Frame Crop Pro subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it first:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Frame Crop Pro
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Frame Crop Pro
